Catherine Argyrople will be the exclusive professional videographer. It is understood that this contract is for professional services that are of an artistic nature and accordingly CA Productions shall have full and complete authority to film and edit into the final delivered product.
Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Catherine Argyrople. Photo montage requests added to the project are an additional charge of $75 per 25 photos. The client is responsible for providing a list (and in some cases, a copy) of: the candle lighting songs, Hora and Celebration songs and photographs (if applicable). Any delay in the client’s part to provide the required material will impact Catherine Argyrople’s ability to provide the final product in a timely manner.
Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Catherine Argyrople of any problems with the video within 14 days. The client receives 1 hour of complimentary revisions to make minor revisions to the final product, i.e. remove a video clip or change a song. Additional requests are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and will be an hourly charge of $75. After 14 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
Usage and Likeness
The client warrant that all participants in the Mitzvah freely give their consent to their likeness being capture on video media as part of the final production. The client assumes responsibility for such release and authorization and for notification of all participants. When sharing the highlights and final video, please give proper credit to Catherine Argyrople. Raw footage is not included in the Mitzvah package but can be provided on a flash drive for an additional fee of $350. The client does not have the authorization to create new videos for commercial and shared-use on social media, as it is not an accurate representation of Catherine Argyrople’s work. Copyright will be owned by Catherine Argyrople. CA Productions retains the right to use video and photo footage for promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with the professional coverage. It is the client's responsibility to secure access to areas for videography. Catherine Argyrople will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions. Catherine Argyrople will not be held liable for any production problems beyond her control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc. Catherine Argyrople reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. Any failure of Catherine Argyrople to film shall result in a full refund.
